Our matwork classes are a wonderful way to strengthen your core stability and become aware of all areas of your body. We often use props during these classes to add another level of isolated muscular awareness and enhance the strength and flexibility of individualised muscle groups.
Private reformer (assistance via mechanical table) sessions are also available for individuals needing support during the earlier stages of their rehabilitation and transformational journey
